Proceeds from the QMS Auction and similar fundraising programs (such as our Annual Fund) go directly to operating expenses for the school.
Fact: The majority of the school’s operating expenses are the employment and on-going education of our amazing teachers – nearly 75% of operating costs go to teacher salaries and benefits. Much of the remaining 25% goes to classroom materials. Therefore, your participation enables Quest to attract and retain qualified, dedicated teachers and fill their classrooms with engaging, authentic Montessori materials.
